Taking shower
Apparently, I sat on other dog's pee and so I had to take a quick shower here...

We wandered around water front near our home. We watched boats go by and saw Kowloon side. Can you see ICC tower?

sites and smell of Hong Kong
Today we walked around in Shueng Wan, there are a lot of interesting smells in Hong Kong and I always stop to smell the flowers. And in Shueng Wan there are many new interesting galleries! Can you see Yayoi Kusama's Pumpkin behind me? She is my favorite artist!
今日は上環周辺を散歩してきた。この地域は色んな臭いがするところなので、いつも花の臭いを嗅ぐことも忘れないようにしている。上環には新しくておもしろいギャラリーがいっぱいあるんだけど、その中でも草間弥生さんのかぼちゃを飾ってあるギャラリーを発見！

Dragon Boat Festival
Today is National Holiday in Hong Kong. It is Dragon Boat Festival Day aka Duanwu Festival.
This ancient event, also known as Tuen Ng Festival, commemorates the death of a popular Chinese national hero, Qu Yuan, who drowned himself in the Mi Lo River over 2,000 years ago to protest against the corrupt rulers. Legend has it that as townspeople attempted to rescue Qu Yuan, they beat drums to scare fish away and threw dumplings into the sea to keep the fish from eating his body.
Picture shows local ladies at the temple this morning with rice dumplings and also local markets selling some rice dumpling wrapped in leafs!
香港では今日ドラゴンボート祭りで祝日です。ドラゴンボート・フェスティバルは、速さを競うボートレースと伝統的な行事という二つの面を兼ね備えています。このフェスティバルは、端午節（テュン ンー・フェスティバル）としても知られ、今から 2,000年以上前に、当時の腐敗した統治者達に抗議して汨羅江に身を投げた中国の国民的英雄・屈原の死を記念するお祭りです。 言い伝えによれば、村人たちは屈原を救おうと、魚が屈原によりつかないように太鼓を叩き、また魚が屈原の体を食べてしまわないよう川にちまきを放り投げたといいます。

My usual day
I sneak in the office room where Sally works, and get Sally to take me for a walk around the neighborhood, get in taxi, and then play at the dog park with my ball!

My neighborhood / odd display
We were walking around our neighborhood today and I saw very odd display for woman's clothing boutique. Mannequin with gorilla mask, straw hat, sunglasses and cigarette in the mouth...I hope this is not the trend for this summer....scares me!
今日近所を歩いてたら、変なディスプレイを発見！ レディースの洋服やさんのマネキンにゴリラのマスク、麦わら帽子、サングラスにタバコをくわえたディスプレイだった。これが今年の夏のトレンド？ こわい！
